Architect Sara Ena Hernandez is based in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. She owns the Office of Architecture and Design Workshop, which has completed nearly a hundred architectural projects, mainly residential.
She is a member of the Citizen Observatory of Los Sanmiguelenses (OCSMA), a Civil Association whose main objective is to promote citizen participation in an orderly, informed manner and with technical arguments.
She is a member of the College of Architects of San Miguel de Allende AC.
She specialized in Construction Economics at the University of Guanajuato.
While in Stavanger, Norway, she collaborated in a multidisciplinary design office, focusing on commercial image, interior design and metal structures.
She earned a diploma in Modern Architecture at the Universidad de A’ Coruña in Spain.
In Santiago de Compostela, Spain, she conducted theoretical research on the insertion of contemporary buildings in historical spaces.
